Accounts

You can make a purchase as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and receive updates on promotions and new products.

To create an account on our WooCommerce site, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link located in the top menu of our homepage.
  2. Fill out the required information in the registration form, including your name, email address, and password.
  3. Once you have completed the form, click the “Register” button to submit your information.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account. Click the link in the email to complete the registration process.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Payments

We accept payments via Viva Wallet, bank transfer, and cash or credit card only upon pickup from Limassol store.

Yes, we prioritize your security and use secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

Currently, we do not offer installment payment options. All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Returns

We offer pick up from courier or shipping to your address options. Please refer to our shipping information page for detailed information about each method.

Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Currently, we only ship within Cyprus and Greece. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you still have concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items in its original packaging and unused.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
